Responsibilities:

Maintain an up-to-date billing system
Generate and transmit invoices
Perform account reconciliations
Investigate and resolve late payments
Initiate collection efforts
Process accounts payable invoices, including obtaining necessary approvals, inputting data into the system, and ensuring timely payments according to credit terms
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding accounts payable
Audit and process credit card bills
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting practices
Input accounts payable and carrier settlement invoices on a daily basis
Assist with the payroll process for drivers, office staff, and mechanics, ensuring accuracy and compliance with necessary approvals and documentation
Analyze weekly driver minimums and facilitate review and approval
Assist with month-end closing
Serve as a backup for front desk responsibilities, including answering calls and managing inquiries
Support other projects as assigned

Requirements:
